joes story
I’m 19 years old and a sophomore at Loyola University Chicago. I’ve
been struggling lately with dealing with all of the resulting
conditions from my tumors and treatments in addition to dealing with
the already stressful life of a college student.

I was diagnosed with a brain tumor known as Craniopharyngioma at the
age of two, had surgery, and then had a recurrence at the age of 12,
resulting in another surgery and also radiation therapy. I now have
panhypopituitarism, panhypothyroidism, and diabetes inspidus.
