Recieved Guitar: 2008 received a Guitar

Hi I’m 18 years old and live in Colorado springs born in December in Colorado Springs I like to skateboard, snowboard listen to music and all the normal teen stuff but I cant do it as much since I got cancer my sophomore year. I’ve been through treatment twice but I kept relapsing so I’m scheduled for a bone marrow transplant this year sometime in April so in a couple months here I’ll be leaving the Springs and staying up in Denver for about half a year.I’ve always been interested in playing the guitar and I would love to learn to play acoustic songs cause thats the music I find most relaxing plus I don’t get out as much and I have a lot more free time so I think it would be a good time to start learning. Well thanks for your time reading all this and trying to hook cancer kids up with guitars I think its a great idea also Colin said you were trying to get the word out and I know one of the teachers for the tv program at our school and he knows the local news people so if I can get his email or number I could send it to you alright well thanks again.
